Project Overview
BluePress Records
Bluepress is an Irish-based UKG label run by Prozak and M4A4, focused on UK Garage and Bass music in Irish club culture.
I oversaw the new brand identity and art direction for the label, introducing a unified logo system and typographic framework to be used across releases, merchandise, and event materials.
This included developing a modular visual language inspired by Cubist art and 90s rave flyers, designing the “BP Head” logo, and establishing a consistent tone across drops. I also contribute to the strategic rollout of merch, event visuals, and the overall cultural positioning of the label.
My most recent work is the artwork and video edits for BP006 - A vinyl and digital release by Prozak.
gander
Gander is a UK-based technical outdoor apparel brand focused on creating versatile pieces suitable for both mountain and urban settings.
I directed the art direction and brand identity, managed the design and launch of the webstore, and handled both UX and UI development.
Additionally, I oversaw the design and creative direction for posters and editorial elements, ensuring consistency across brand communications.
SEVENSTORE
A Retail and Community Space located in Liverpools Baltic Triangle. SEVENSTORE sells menswear at mid to high range. I worked as a Creative on their co-op equity based campaign projects for sportswear brands.
Patta
A Dutch Streetwear Brand with Surinamese heritage. Patta focus on retailing footwear from various brands along with weekly releases of an inline clothing label.
The label features frequent collaborative projects with external stakeholders and companies.
Do Hotels Rooms Have Window Sills?
A short story cycle I wrote that dealt with 9 individual stories relating to the homeless crisis in Dublin.
SUBSET
SUBSET is a Dublin based street art collective, currently going through a rebrand. The original aim was to create an open air gallery in the city through artistic and commercial design.
The most notable of their works being the Stormzy mural formerly in Smithfield and the Grey Area project.
FAC Magazine
FAC is an independent fashion, arts and culture magazine based in Dublin. They have a digital presence through their website and social media (@facmagazine). They released prints, produce merchandise and organise events featuring Irish talent.
By featuring creatives on the site, they aimed to curate the rising generation of Irish artists. Publishing opinions about Irish culture to generate discussion, increase popular knowledge and promote civic engagement. They value original, substantive ideas and encouraging everyone to join in on the conversation.
Through collaboration, they believe all involved will benefit and reach ambitious goals that could not be achieved individually.
To overcome the political, social and ecological challenges of our time requires fresh thinking, artistic expression and collaborative action. The main vision at FAC was and still is to empower the youth by merging idea with creativity to address the issues we collectively face today.
Plastered.
Plastered is a streetwear brand I started which looks at the graffiti found in public bathrooms as a legitimate form of art. It is then communicated through clothing and products.
I find value in the abstraction of the graffiti patterns found in the stalls as well as the type and slogans written by the people who use them. It is personal expressions done by people in an environment that is quite personal.
Bathrooms also offer an interesting design style for fashion. A grungy work and street wear style which is heavily influenced by graffiti culture and public art. I find it to be one of the last parts of street culture that has not been examined.
I am a big fan of the post-vandalism style of art. They combine well together in my opinion and make this an interesting personal project.
