Patta

A sneaker retailer with an in-line streetwear brand based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Former Online Product and Content Manager for Patta. An independent black owned streetwear and footwear label based in Amsterdam.

I managed all weekly content and product releases,  examining UX, UI, copywriting, photography assets, the punctuality and management of releases across a variety of channels, as well as overseeing stock levels across multiple locations.

I also liaised with internal and external parties to ensure that calendar releases are on schedule.  Making weekly sell through rates, project management web developments, e commerce management, communicating with all stakeholders in logistics, creativity, buying, merchandising and store teams.  I also have experience working with Asana and Clickup management applications in addition with the back end of Shopify and integrating external apps to it, and other website build developments.

In the below sections you can find various screen grabs and links to the lookbook pages I have built, product copy I have written as well as some styling work. Most of my work for Patta is undisclosable. Sales results, reports etc. I have included banners of some of the most notable projects I have been involved with.

E-Commerce Work

Lookbooks

Tasked with the initial and continuous development, exporting, developing and building of all editorial photography and lookbooks for Patta.nl and for ones featured on any satellite sites that have been built.

I also make all communicative assets for Facebook advertisements using the same imagery but altering to suit commercial channels.

Patta Product Pages (PDP) and Collection Pages (PLP)

Before I started with Patta, their website had zero product copy and no e-commerce model shots. Now the site has a full description with SEO optimised brand narrative and model shots for both men and women with sizing details for all Patta in-line products released over the last 18 months. Navigation menus are regularly updated to help with on site merchandising and conversion of our latest releases and drops.

Being a brand that represents P.O.C and identity, I followed a visual concept of making all model shots to represent diversity and colour. Trying to get as many different ethnicities and minorities represented in Patta clothing to help appeal to all our demographics and make a consistent webstore visual language that was true to the brand identity.

These developments on a Shopify site have seen an improvement in conversion rates and sell through rates for all online channels. I A/B all imagery on PLP changes over 2 weeks to see improvements and make the collection page for seasonal collection merchandised with flat and model imagery.

I also make all banners for the Tapcart mobile app and merchandise that channel to suit our high engaged by A/B testing the product types that sell best through this channel and making banners with product types that suit these sales results.

Product Copy Examples

Here is the overview for SS22 along with two examples of T-Shirt descriptions. The picture is linked to the collection page to see the pages and descriptions of more pinnacle pieces

I have written all product copy across the site with an overall narrative with a descriptive paragraph of the product constructions.

Cross brand releases see an SEO driven brand narrative with a small item description.

More value and time is place on Patta products to create a heightened sense of value to other brands releases that we sell.

A Selection of Styling Imagery for Patta E-commerce and Social Media

For Spring Summer 2020, I looked after the styling choices for Patta.nl on model e-commerce photography seen on all PDP pages.

I was also tasked with the styling of the Patta x Tommy Hilfiger satellite site PDP pages. On which featured the owner of the company, Edson Sabajo as the model.
