As Online Product & Content Manager at Patta, I played a central role in the brand’s digital operations—overseeing weekly product drops, campaign rollouts, and site-wide content management across multiple international markets.

I managed the full e-commerce pipeline, ensuring timely and high-performing releases through consistent collaboration with internal and external teams. This included:

  • End-to-end content planning and execution across Patta.nl and satellite sites

  • Copywriting and editing for all in-line and collaborative product releases

  • Coordination of model photography, UX/UI asset delivery, and site navigation structure

  • Oversight of sell-through performance, stock visibility, and cross-location availability

  • Project management of web updates and digital campaigns using Asana and ClickUp

I also liaised daily with stakeholders across logistics, buying, creative, and retail to maintain a tight release calendar and uphold brand standards. My work extended into Shopify backend operations and third-party integrations, ensuring the digital ecosystem was optimised for both scale and performance.
